Your Agreement With Vybaa

1. Accepting the Terms

By creating a Vybaa account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. We may update these terms over time, and continued use means you accept the latest version.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your jurisdiction) to use Vybaa. Keep your login details secure, and let us know immediately at vybaa.app@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Using Vybaa

Vybaa has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You must not post harassment, bullying, hate speech, sexual or exploitative content, violent threats, scams, spam, or any content that is illegal or puts another person at risk. You must not interfere with other users or attempt to access accounts or systems without permission.

4. Community Safety & Moderation

Vybaa filters objectionable material before it is posted. Users can report content or people and block abusive users from activity and profile safety controls in the app. Blocking immediately removes the blocked person's content from that user's feed and sends a safety signal to Vybaa.

We review reports promptly and target action within 24 hours. Content that violates these terms may be removed, and the account responsible may be suspended or terminated. Reports can be sent in the app or directly to vybaa.app@gmail.com. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also result in account action.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You own the content you create on Vybaa. Grant us a limited license to host and display it for streak-related functionality. Our trademarks, branding, designs, and code remain our property and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or used without permission.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Beta access is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will clearly communicate pricing and bill you only with your consent. Any future paid services will come with their own cancellation and refund policies.

7. Disclaimers & Liability

Vybaa is provided “as is.” While we aim for uptime and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free streak calculations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vybaa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages that arise from using the app.

8. Termination

You can stop using Vybaa at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, misuse the platform, or cause harm to other users. Certain provisions (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits) survive termination.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Vybaa Labs, Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in those courts unless another venue is required by local law.
